Andrew "Andy" James Moore, age 46, a lifelong resident of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023 in Bellingham, Washington. He was born February 2, 1977, in Sedro-Woolley, WA to James David and Sheila (Buchanan) Moore.

Andy was a devoted son, father, and friend. His world revolved around his pride and joy, his baby girl Drew. He was a remarkable carpenter and worked construction with his best friend Jeremiah Aven. His most important job in life was raising his six-year-old daughter, Drew, closely followed by his dedication to his second love, his mother, Sheila.

Andy is survived by his daughter, Drew James; her mother, Kailin James; mother, Sheila Moore; brothers, Joe (Tricia) Moore, Sam (Andrea) Moore; auntie, Linda and her husband Robert Cleveland; cousins, Chris Cleveland, Karen (Dan) Atchison; nieces, Hailey, Bailey, Gracie; nephew; Jaxon; best friend and brother, Jeremiah (Jen) Aven and their children, Gabrielle and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by his father, James "David" Moore in September 2019.

A time of visitation will be available from 11:00AM to 3:00PM, followed by a Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley, WA.
