Betty Dibble, age 83, passed away in Sedro-Woolley, WA on May 30, 2026. She was born October 19, 1942 in Franklin, NC to John and Treva Russell.  She was preceded in death by her brothers Bud, David, George and Keith and sisters Dorothy and Lucille. Betty is survived by her sons Bobby Dibble and Johnny Dibble (wife Cyndi Pfeifer), and sister Frances Russell. In earlier years she enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing softball. Later she loved socializing, and spending time with babies and cats.  A funeral service will he held at Lemley Funeral Home on Friday, June 12th at 11 AM. Committal following at Union Cemetery. A reception will follow at Skagit Baptist Church. Please share memories with the family.
