Billy "Bill" Ray Jernigan, age 58, passed away July 16, 2021.  He was born January 31, 1963 in Burien, Washington to Hugh Lee and Joyce Ann (Barker) Jernigan.

Bill followed in his parents' footsteps and shared a passion for gardening; he went on to own and operated North End Lawn Care in Everett for over 25 years.  Bill was a member of the Street Freak Kruzrs Car Club and enjoyed driving and showing his red 1969 Ford Ranchero GT.  He was a professional photographer and enjoyed taking photos of family and friends, and especially photographing car shows, and his beloved Electric Pin Up Dolls.

Bill is survived by his mother, Joyce Ann Jernigan; siblings, Janice (Robert) Rutledge, Judy (Todd) Olson, Ronnie Jernigan, Brian (Tammy) Jernigan, Joseph (Tracy) Jernigan and Mary (Myles) Berge; numerous nieces and nephews and his much-loved dog, Bruce Lee.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Lee Jernigan; brother, Edward "Buddy" Jernigan.
