Bonnie Maxine Hooper

Bonnie M. Hooper, age 83, passed away peacefully at home in Concrete, Washington, on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

She was born on November 5, 1942, in Bellingham, Washington, to Lemuel “Ed” and Agnes McDougle.

She was a loving mother and grandmother who always put her family first. She was a dedicated provider and worked at Joy’s Bakery in Sedro-Woolley for many years.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Gayle Poole. She is survived by her five children, Kevin (Donna) Browning, Samantha (Edmond) Malak, Chris (Samantha) Hooper, Tracey Browning, and Jamie (Nick) Hooper; her grandchildren, John, Jennifer, Stephanie, Bob, Sean, Lance, Brandon, Ryan, Demi, and Payten; 11 great-grandchildren; her brother, Lyle; her sisters, Diane and Janet; and many loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Lemley Funeral Home on Monday, November 2, from 1 to 4 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery on Tuesday, November 3, at 11 a.m., followed by a reception at Lemley Funeral Home. Pastor Bruce Martin will officiate. You may share memories with the family and sign the online guest register.
