Cornelia "Connie" Josephine Sweeney, age 94, of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, passed away September 14, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born June 21, 1927 in Madison, Wisconsin to Chester and Mary (Paulson) Weaver.

Connie's greatest joy was spending time with family, Sunday family dinners and continuously playing and winning card games with her children and grandchildren.

This beloved woman is survived by her children and their spouses, Jerry (Mary Jo), Kathleen, Brian (Donna), Sharon, Charlene, Carol, Bill (Nomi), Kim (Pat); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; son, Michael; daughter, Patrice.

Just before her passing she told her family she was going dancing with her husband.  Mom, you will be greatly missed!

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00, Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Her final resting place will be at Greenhills Cemetery, Burlington, WA.  Share your memories of Connie and sign the online guest register.
