Debra Ruth Mercer, age 67, passed away January 15, 2022, at home in Astoria, Oregon.  She was born May 19, 1954 in Tacoma, Washington to Robert and Barbara (Bozel) Mercer.

Debra is survived by her sons, James and Brandon Kosbab; daughter, Dawn Kosbab; sister, Janet Aldridge; brother, Charlie Mercer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bob and Brian Mercer.
