Donna Jean Clark, 81, passed away peacefully at her home in Burlington, Washington, on Friday, September 26, 2025. She was born on March 7, 1944, in Wenatchee, Washington, to Ernie and Bernita Allen.

Donna grew up in Soap Lake, Washington, and graduated from Soap Lake High School in 1962. Throughout her life, she was an active and proud member of the Eagles, Elks, and American Legion, as well as the Red Hats club. She especially enjoyed playing pinochle often three or four times a week at the senior centers in Soap Lake, Ephrata, Sedro-Woolley, and Burlington.

Donna loved to dance and was well known for her flawless tar heel stomp. She remained deeply involved in her children's lives and never missed an opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren at their sporting events. Rain or shine, she could always be found on the sidelines at football, baseball, and soccer games, supporting the kids she adored.

One of her greatest joys came later in life when she became a great-grandmother, a role she cherished. She was blessed with four great-grandchildren before her passing.

Donna is survived by her daughters Nita (Kris) Wentz and Bonnie (Mike) Goetz; her son Chad (Cheri) Clark; her grandchildren Austin Galster, Tyler (Alisa) Clark, Jessica Galster, Brandyn Galster, Stormi Jones, Bailey Jones, Kolby (Kelci) Jones, Dylan Clark, Kylie Clark, and Summer Cranford; her four great-grandchildren, Meredith Clark, Carson Clark, Stevie Springberg and Braxyn Galster.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bud Clark; her parents, Ernie and Bernita Allen; her sister, Dixie Johnson; her brother, Fred Allen; and her grandson, Shadow LaFountain.

A Graveside Service for Donna will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Hawthorne Memorial Park, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
