Elaine Welch Ridgley passed away peacefully in her sleep February 10, 2025, at the age of 80 in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.  Elaine was born November 13, 1944, to Joseph and Elaine Welch in Midvale, Utah.  Elaine truly knew that it was more blessed to give than to receive.  Her generosity knew no bounds.  She never met someone that did not soon call her friend.  Elaine was a loving mother and grandmother and a beautiful soul who would help anyone.  She is well known in the Avon industry having won multiple awards during the more than 30 years she sold Avon.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  The family is forever grateful for the love and compassion the ward family showed her.

Although Elaine is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her children, Scott (Stacey) Sides, Trent Sides, Pamela (Randy) Martin, Tom (Candace) Ridgley and Joe (Jennifer) Ridgley; 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Jolene Stahl and Donald Welch.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Keith Ridgley; siblings, Adelbert Welch and Pamela Ugstad.

Services will be held at 1:00, Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Sedro-Woolley LDS church, 1122 McGargile Road, Sedro-Woolley.
