Frances Lynn Victor, 72, of Upper Skagit Indian Tribe, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 9, 2022.  Frances was born on July 5, 1949 in Auburn, Washington.

Frances was a commercial fisherman and worked in a cannery.  She loved to gather cedar and native food.  In her younger years she would go hunting and berry picking with her parents.  Frances had a deep love for her children, grandchildren and her family.

Frances is survived by her husband, Felix Victor; her children, William Grand, Jr. and Belinda Ward, Lynn and Timmy Fryberg, Lorena Grant, Sammy Grant, Sr., Kris Miller; grandchildren, Tyleah Grant, Terri Lynn Grant, Danielle Stockdale, William Grant, III, Makayla Grant, Connie Grant, Sammy Grant, Jr.; 7 great grandchildren; her siblings, Shari Spane, Lori Revey, and Sherman Williams, Jr.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Arlene Williams; her first husband, William Grant; siblings, Guy Williams, Terry Williams, Margene Tom; niece, Francine Williams and Angela Smallwood.

A funeral service for Frances will take place at 10:00, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Lemley Chapel, followed by a graveside service at the Hamilton Indian Cemetery.  Share your memories of Frances and sign the online guest register.
