Frank V. Mancino, age 87, of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, passed away March 28, 2026.  Frank was born March 10, 1939 in Ravenna, Ohio to James and Jessie (King) Mancino.

Growing up in a farming community in Ohio, Frank loved gardening.  He graduated from Crestwood High School in Mantua, OH in 1958.  Prior to graduating, he met Carol Senyes and pursued her through his sister, Marien.  After graduating, Frank entered the Army.  He went through Basic Training and Radio School and then went on to his tour of duty in Germany in June of 1961.

On January 20, 1962, he married the love of his life, Carol.  Their first child, Frank Anthony was born on October 4, 1962.  In 1966, the family moved to California where Frank worked as a Brake Operator for Wayne Manufacturing (they made street sweepers.)  On November 10, 1967, Lori, their second child was born.

Frank was a man of Faith and was very involved in his church.  Frank did everything from being a Sunday School teacher; he and Carol headed the Children's Bus Ministry and was an Elder at Calvary Temple in Riverside, CA.

From 1975 to 1994, Frank was owner/operator  for Mancino's Lawn Care Service and ran two routes with his son, Frank.

Following their daughter's wedding in 1993, she moved to Washington State and Frank and Carol went on a vacation there and loved it.  They went back to California, put their house up for sale and moved to Washington in September of 1994.

In Washington, Frank worked in maintenance at the Burlington Outlet Mall where he retired in 2010.

All throughout Frank's retirement years you could always find him out in his shop doing some sort of woodworking project.

Frank attended many churches over the years, but in his later years, he attended Sonrise Christian Center Skagit in Sedro-Woolley where he enjoyed the music, the preaching and his brothers and sisters in Christ.

Now he is residing in Heaven with his Lord Jesus Christ.

Frank is survived by his wife, Carol; children, Frank A (Alisha) Mancino and Lori (Chuck) Wagoner; grandchildren, Vincent (Quinn), Lindsey (Cody), Kohlton, Riley and Waylon; great grandchildren, Adah, David, Jeremiah, Joseph and Fiora; siblings, Bill Mancino and Josephine Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marien Vicha.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, April 6, 2026 at Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley. Pastor Michael Stansberry presiding; the Graveside Committal will follow at Mount Vernon Cemetery; a time of visitation will be available prior to the service beginning at 9:00 am.
