George McIntyre, age 68, passed away peacefully at home in Mount Vernon on October 17, 2026. George was preceded in death by his parents, Sid and Georgia McIntyre. He was a loving father and grandfather who would do anything for anyone in need. He also loved his cars. He is survived by his son, George S. McIntyre, Jr, (wife Jessica), grandchildren Amya and Jayla, brother Pete McIntyre, sister Tessea Smith (husband Doug), and many loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Lemley on Monday, October 26th from 2-4 PM. A funeral service will be held at Lemley on Tuesday, October 27th at 11 AM. Committal following at Union Cemetery. Reception following at Lemley.
