Isaac Phillip Howell, 24, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 from a tragic accident.  Isaac was born on September 18, 1999 in Mount Vernon to Sausha (Nutting) Mannon and Seth Howell.

Isaac is survived by his parents, Seth and Alicja Howell and Sausha (Curt) Mannon; sister, Mikayela Nutting (Kaiti Johnson); grandparents, Dan Howell and Terri Gunter; aunts, Tanya Nutting, Sarah (Clint) Bryant, Janine (Alan) Wilkes; uncle, Tom Howell; cousins, Aries Archer, Samantha Bryant, Henry and Olivia Zeller; girlfriend, Hannah Forst; best friend since childhood, Dylan Peterson; and many more extended family.

He is preceded in death by his beloved grandpa, Art Hoyt; grandmothers, Cheryl Hoyt and Linda Easton; grandfather, Steve Nutting.

Isaac was a power lineman apprentice with NWJATC.  He loved to work hard and was excited to continue his career as a power lineman just like his dad.

Whether riding dirt bikes or snowboarding, Isaac always loved going fast and having fun.  He loved hanging out with his friends, dancing or singing Karaoke.  Isaac never met an engine he couldn't fix and often worked on family and friends' cars.  Growing up, Isaac was notorious for taking things apart to learn how to put them back together and was self-taught in all his mechanic skills.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Cascade Middle School in Sedro-Woolley on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 12:00 pm.  A procession to Clearlake Cemetery immediately following at 3:00 pm.  Bring your hot rod or motorcycle for the procession.  Isaac would love that.
