Jerry Allen Anderson, age 81, a longtime resident of Sedro-Woolley passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020.  He was born July 30, 1939 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Fred and Dessie (Ritchee) Anderson.

Jerry was married to his wife, Carol, for 64 years. He was a faithful member of the Sedro-Woolley Community Church and loved the Lord with his whole heart.

Jerry moved to Washington state in 1972 and worked for Everett Trucking from 1972-1973. From 1973 to 1974 he worked for Stoakley Van Camp. In 1974 he opened his business at Truck City C.B. where he retired from in 2003 after working for 29 years.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Carol Anderson; daughter, Julie Anderson; son, Jerry (Robin) Anderson, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Kendale, Jack and Kevin Anderson; daughter, Sally Banta; and grandson, Scott Jr.

A time of visitation will be available from 9:00 to 5:00, Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Lemley Chapel, 1008 Third Street, Sedro-Woolley. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00, Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Lemley Chapel, Pastor David Nichols presiding.    Due to COVID-19 concerns, Masks will be required and social distancing will be followed.  Share your memories of Jerry and sign the online guest register.
