John Stephens, age 63, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026. He was born on August 13,1962 in Kennewick, Washington to Alvin and Ethel Stephens.  He grew up in Acme and enjoyed raising cattle for many years on the family farm. He loved the Lord, his family, basketball, and helping others. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Ethel, his sister, Sandra Walker, and brother, Gary Hulsey. He is survived by his wife, Debbie, his five children, Audrey Park (Christopher), Ashley Stephens, John Stephens Jr., Luke Stephens, and Amanda Stephens, his grandchildren, Samantha, Katherine, and Cooper Park, his siblings, Charles Stephens (Claire), Linda Blakeway (Colin) and Shirley Miller (Richard), his sister-in-law Lois Hulsey, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Saxon Cemetery, 1236 Bowman Rd. in Acme, at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 8th. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm at River of Life Community Church, 4037 Valley Highway, Deming. Pastor Campbell Brown will officiate.
