Judy Ann Burke, 71, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in Mount Vernon, WA. She was born to Harold and Erma Burke in Florence, Oregon. In 1970, she welcomed her first child, Ricky. In 1971, she married Madison Parker, and together they had two more children: Tammy in 1975 and Ronald in 1981. In 1988, Judy and her family settled in Mount Vernon, Washington. Though she and Madison divorced in 2009, they remained close friends.

Judy dedicated over 45 years to elder care, working in memory care facilities throughout Washington and Oregon. She began her career as a CNA and retired as the Medical Records Director at Life Care Center of Skagit Valley. Judy truly loved her work and considered her co-workers her second family. She often said she never wanted to retire.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Erma; her brothers, Ken "Butch" and Mike; and her beloved eldest son, Ricky.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Russell), and son, Ronald; her granddaughter and joy of her life, Angela (Tygh); and her great-grandson, Wyatt, the absolute light of her life. Judy loved showing off photos of Wyatt, her "little munchkin." She also leaves behind her nephews, Kenny, Joey, and Bill Burke, and their families.

A special mention goes to her ex-husband's mother and siblings, who continued to be part of her extended family: Joan Rabb, Shery, LeeAnn, Bob, Linda, Ronna, and many nieces and nephews.
