Judy Lynn Coffell, 76, a lifelong resident of Concrete, Washington passed away peacefully on Monday, December 8, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on May 26, 1949 in Sedro-Woolley, WA, the daughter of Charles A. and Vera M. (Gough) Stone.

Judy grew up in Concrete.  She married and had three boys.  Judy worked as a bookkeeper for R L Coffell Trucking and at the local gas station as a bookkeeper owned by Robert (husband). During this time, she was taking her EMT classes.  She became an EMT in 1974 as a volunteer with Aero Skagit Emergency Services.  She became a full time paid EMT and administrator in the early 80's.  She retired from this position in 2015.  During retirement, she enjoyed gardening, visiting her grandkids and fishing in Alaska, and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids here.  Judy was a dedicated member of the Assembly of God Church in Concrete; she loved to worship and commune with God and friends.

Judy is survived by her husband, Robert L. Coffell; brother, Jack Stone; sons, Raymond (Angie) Coffell, Rodney (Lori) Coffell; grandchildren, Rayson, Hannah and Isabella Coffell, Chris (Ashley) Archuleta, Tessa (Ryan) Wade, Tyler Coffell; great grandchildren, Jaiden Pisano, Braylyn and Logan Archuleta and Braxton Wade.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Robert, Gertrude, Charles, Marion, June, Bill, David and Lavone; son, Robert A. Coffell.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Forest Park Cemetery in Concrete.  A fellowship will follow at the Concrete Assembly of God Church, 45734 Main St., Concrete.
