Kenneth "Ken" Raymond Spencer, age 76, passed away September 15, 2022 in Concrete, Washington.  He was born December 30, 1945 in Nevada City, California to Kenneth and Alene Spencer.

Ken served in the U.S. Army from 1965 until 1971, during the Vietnam War.  He was a proud Veteran and was a member of the American Legion where he helped other disabled Veterans get set up to receive their disability benefits.  He was also a high-ranking member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and many other organizations throughout the years.

Ken is survived by his wife, Doreen Spencer; his daughter, Angela Spencer; a granddaughter and many other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 12 Noon at the Community Bible Church in Concrete, WA.
