Patrick Thomas McAdam (Pat) 63, of Concrete Washington passed away on February 4, 2020.  He lost his battle with metastatic cancer at home surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born with his twin brother, Michael on June 13, 1956 in Miami Florida.  He was the fifth child and one of two sets of twins in his family.

After graduating high school, he had many opportunities but ultimately decided to serve his country in the Army.  He served four years and became a combat engineer and expert marksman.  He was an excellent carpenter and worked all over the country.  He was a leader in building many bridges and roads in the state of Washington.  He was humble and hardworking, but he was most known for his outgoing personality, infectious laughter and sweet smile.  He was a dedicated husband, dad, son, brother, uncle and friend.  He truly never met a stranger.  He loved to fish, garden, guns, and spending time with family and friends.

He had a courageous attitude during his fight with cancer.  Even after multiple radiation treatments, surgeries and tests, if you asked him how he was, his response was always "living the dream."  He was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa McAdam; mother, Marge Phillips; twin brother, Michael McAdam; sister, Cindy (Bill) Bruckner; son, Danny (Roxanne Lattin) McAdam; daughter, Kristen (James) Janda; son, Kevin (Sara) McAdam; grandchildren, Alexis McAdam, David O'Neil, Hayden O'Neil, James "JR" Janda, Mia McAdam; nephew, Tyler McAdam; niece, Caitlin McAdam and many great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2:00, Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley, WA.  Please come and share in the celebration of his life.
