Paul 'Cecil' MacArthur Self, Passed away January 18, 2025 in Mount Vernon, Washington. He was born July 14, 1944 in Del Rio, Tennessee to William and Lillie (Presnell) Self.
Cecil is survived by his sister, Lillie Lois Fretz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Judy; 10 siblings.
