Ramona Eunice (Voltin) Deighton, 92, of Oak Harbor, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.  Ramona was born on March 4, 1934 to Louis and Alberta (Dochow) Voltin in Kalispell, Montana. She was married to John Deighton on February 22, 1952.

Ramona graduated from Coupeville High School and worked for the Oak Harbor School District as an instructional aide. She loved gardening, knitting, and her family. She completed over seventy-five Volkswalks with her husband, John. She was a member of the St. Augustine's Parish of the Catholic Church for over seventy years.

She is survived by her children, Dan (Susan) Deighton of Washougal, WA; Al (Terry) Deighton of Sedro-Woolley, WA;  John (Lori) Deighton of Newell, South Dakota; grandchildren,  Malcolm Deighton, Alvin Deighton, John Deighton, Colleen Gaines, Crystal Deighton, Matthew Deighton, Renae Deighton, Miranda Deighton, Elizabeth Heggem, Rebecca Whidby,  Monica Reynolds;  thirteen great-grandchildren;  sisters, Rosemary Hansen and Carol Lunsford; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, Louis and Alberta Voltin; brother, Bill Voltin and sister, Florence Klinger.
