Tony
Marandola
Feb 27, 1976 — Aug 2, 2025
Tony Michael Marandola, 49, of Sedro-Woolley, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Tony was born on February 27, 1976, in Mount Vernon, Washington, to Pat and Adene (Barry) Marandola.
He was raised in Sedro-Woolley and attended local schools. On September 1, 2007, he married the love of his life, Jennifer, and together they built a life rooted in family, friendship, and the great outdoors.
Tony was a man of many passions, with a deep love for fishing and hunting. Some of his fondest memories were made while taking his sons and nephews fishing, teaching them the ropes from the time they were old enough to hold a fishing pole. His hunting adventures, especially those shared with his best friend Vern Grenier, as well with Mike Abbott, spanned years of laughter, miles of backroads, and countless stories of game and grit.
Tony had an extraordinary gift for building lasting friendships. His circle of "family" included lifelong companions like Vern and Polly Grenier and their daughters Kylie, Kendal, and Kinley, as well as Joe and Missy, Mike and many other beloved nieces and nephews. He was a man who treated friends like family and was always the first to lend a helping hand, no matter the task or time.
His patriotism ran deep, proudly displayed in everything from his "We the People" tattoo to riding on a tank in the local 4th of July parade. He was especially proud this year to watch his son Gianni and fiancée Jasmine graduate from the same schools he once attended.
Throughout his life, Tony was a hardworking man. He spent years logging and doing tree service work, before finding his niche as an RV mechanic. Most recently, he stepped into business ownership, running his own Mac Tools franchise, something he took great pride in, enjoying the new friendships and connections that came with it.
Above all, Tony was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. His granddaughter Sadie Grace adored her grandpa and was always by his side. Tony was a family man through and through, happiest around a campfire, BBQ, or taking scenic drives with his loved ones up winding mountain roads.
Tony is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Marandola; children, William and Gianni (Jasmine) Marandola; parents, Pat and Adene Marandola; brother Erik (Molly) Marandola; grandchildren, Sadie Grace and Aurora Jane; brother-in-law, Anthony (Shawna); nephews, Matthew and Anthony Marandola, many more extended family members and cherished friends who became like family.
He is preceded in death by his uncle Warren Barry, as they shared a lot of the same interest.
A Celebration of Tony's Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe account has been set up to support the family during this difficult time.
